Insta360 Go 3S Brings 4K to Tiny Action Camera

Insta360 just rolled out the GO 3S, a tiny action camera you can barely notice while it’s recording. Built for people who want video without holding a camera up, it updates the older GO 3 with 4K resolution, tougher waterproofing, and a handful of small upgrades. The magnetic, snap on design stays the same, so it still clips onto clothing, gear, or mounts without any fuss.

Pricing starts at $380 for the Standard Bundle, which comes packaged with the $150 Action Pod, an accessory needed for full functionality. Riders get their own options too. The Motorcycle POV Bundle runs $395, while the Motorcycle In Helmet POV Bundle costs $400.

For anyone who just wants the camera itself, the standalone Go 3S lists at $240.

It’s a small device aimed at a specific kind of user, people who want footage from unusual angles or hands free setups without lugging around a bulky rig. With 4K now standard and better water resistance built in, it looks like Insta360 is pushing this line further into everyday action use rather than niche experimentation.

My two cents…

Insta360 drops the GO 3S, a camera so tiny you will forget it is filming you (which, let us be honest, is either genius or terrifying). Basically, tiny gadget, big ambitions, less “cool toy,” more “everyday hands free obsession.”
