BT Moto is putting its Stage 1+ Performance Calibration front and center, paired with a handheld tuner that lets riders dig into their motorcycle’s ECU settings. The company’s been building engine management systems since 2006, so this isn’t their first rodeo.
The Stage 1+ kit covers a lot of ground. Riders get custom fuel maps for extra horsepower and torque, plus control over ignition timing, speed and rev limiters, engine braking, and quickshifter timing. Which parameters you can adjust depends on your bike’s year, make, and model.
The process runs through BT Moto’s Flasher+ Handheld Tuner. Connect it to the bike, pull the stock map, then upload that file to a Windows computer using the included software. Send it off to BT Moto’s team, and they’ll write a custom flash tailored to that specific bike. Installing the finished file takes just a few minutes, and full instructions are available for anyone who wants a walkthrough before starting.

BT Moto's flogging its Stage 1+ Calibration and handheld tuner, because apparently your ECU has trust issues. They've tuned engines since 2006, no rookie hour here. You get custom fuel maps, ignition tweaks, limiter control, quickshifter timing (varies by bike, obviously). Flash your stock map, upload via Windows, BT Moto customizes it, install in minutes. Basically E.T. phoning home, but for horsepower. Questions? Call them.
