A new audio tool has landed for Insta360 creators. The Insta360 Mic Pro targets riders, vloggers, and outdoor shooters who need clean sound in tough conditions.
The mic records in 32 bit float. That means users can recover clipped audio in post. It captures full 360 degree sound and supports stereo, figure 8, super directional, and custom pickup modes. Auto gain helps control loud exhaust notes. Active noise cancelling cuts wind, rain, and machinery noise.
The transmitter starts at 99.99 USD. The 1 TX and 1 RX kit costs 199.99 USD. The 2 TX and 1 RX kit costs 329.99 USD. The launch deal offers 5 percent off the 2 TX and 1 RX kit. The first 10 buyers get a free Hard Shell Case.
The mic pairs with cameras like the X5, X4 Air, and Ace Pro 2. It supports wireless syncing for bike reviews, group rides, and drive by shots. An E Ink screen lets creators add a logo. A charging case keeps the kit ready on the road.
My two cents…
Insta360 just dropped a new toy for people who film their lives at highway speeds. The Insta360 Mic Pro is built for riders, vloggers, and anyone yelling over an engine. It records in glorious 32 bit float, so if your exhaust blows out the levels, you can fix it later. Bless. It grabs full 360 degree audio with stereo, figure 8, super directional, and custom modes. Auto gain wrangles the rev bombs. Active noise cancelling tackles wind and rain like it is auditioning for Top Gun.Starts at 99.99 USD.
