Hiplok has rolled out two new motorcycle disc locks, the MD1000 and MDX.
The MD1000, Sold Secure Diamond rated, packs the brand’s anti–angle grinder technology into a compact one‑kilo unit with a 12 mm hardened steel pin, anti‑pick cylinder, and accessories including three keys and reminder tags. It’s also compatible with the DX1000 D‑lock.
The MDX offers the same size and Gold‑level security in a simpler, hardened‑steel form.
Both models carry ART4* ratings, lifetime warranties, and are on sale now for £179.99 for the MD1000 and £89.99 for the MDX.
My two cents…
I use a Litelock and really like it. All these devices are good deterrents.
At the end of the day, if they want your bike bad enough, they will find a way to get it.
