Collectors Rediscover Rare Royal Enfield Scale Models

In England, a small but detailed piece of motorcycling history has resurfaced. Royal Enfield once produced 1:3 scale models of their Classic 500, and collectors have started to notice. The miniature replicas, introduced about four years ago, mirror the design and build quality of the full-size motorcycle.

The models came in seven original colors: Battle Green, Chrome Black, Maroon Chrome, Gun Grey, Forest Green Chrome, Jet Black, and Teal Green. Each model features working parts and fine paint detailing.

Information remains limited, though enthusiasts have shared unboxing videos online. A dealership in Ohio showcased one recently, drawing attention from collectors in the United States.

A listing in Minneapolis, Minnesota offers one of these models for $1,500 on Facebook Marketplace. AlphaCars in Massachusetts also appears to have a few in stock.

Interest in scale models from motorcycle brands has grown among enthusiasts who value craftsmanship and nostalgia. For Royal Enfield fans, this piece is a rare way to own a part of the brand’s story without taking up garage space.

My two cents…

These models look VERY cool. A little more detailed than my diecast model article 🙂
