RADE/GARAGE released a step-by-step installation video for the CFMOTO 800 MT-X Navigation and Windshield Set-Up. The video shows the process in under ten minutes, from unpacking parts to final adjustments.
The kit replaces the stock display mount with a lightweight aluminum tower. It provides more space for a navigation unit by shifting the original display to the right. This allows the rider to keep both screens in view while riding.
The windshield in the kit can be raised or lowered by hand. A custom screw allows easy adjustment even with gloves on. Riders can change both height and tilt to improve comfort on long rides.
Installation requires basic tools. The video lists each tool at the start and shows how to remove OEM parts without damage. Precision alignment of the navigation position is emphasized before tightening bolts.
The finished installation gives the CFMOTO 800 MT-X a cleaner cockpit and better ergonomics. The aluminum tower remains rigid at high speed while keeping overall weight low.
