Yoshimura RS-12 ADV Exhaust For Honda Africa Twin

Yoshimura Launches RS-12 ADV Exhaust For Honda Africa Twin

Yoshimura has released the RS-12 ADV slip-on exhaust for Honda’s Africa Twin lineup. The system targets riders who want more performance and sound without sacrificing reliability or compliance.

The RS-12 ADV provides an increase of 3.8 percent in horsepower and 2.7 percent in torque. Power delivery becomes smoother across the rev range. Weight drops from 6.1 kilograms for the stock can to 3.9 kilograms for the RS-12 ADV. The result is a lighter motorcycle that responds faster and sounds sharper.

The exhaust features a carbon fiber end cap, matching heat guard, and Yoshimura’s asymmetrical RS-12 profile designed specifically for adventure motorcycles. This design improves clearance and volume while maintaining a compact form.

Installation uses original mounting points and requires no modifications to the emissions control system. The job involves removing the stock muffler, bolting the new unit in place, and tightening all hardware.

At $1,349.95, the RS-12 ADV represents Yoshimura’s engineering experience built over seven decades in racing. It fits the Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin and Africa Twin Adventure Sports models from 2020 to 2025. Distribution in Australia is handled by A1 Accessory Imports under the House of Powersports network.

My two cents…

Yoshimura just dropped its RS-12 ADV slip-on for Honda’s Africa Twin tribe.
They make great products, so I’m guessing this exhaust will also be a hit with the Africa Twin crowd.
