The bags are made by Rhinowalk, based in China. They have been making bags for around 10 years. In addition to motorcycle bags, they sell all sorts of accessories for motorcycles and peddle bikes.
The bumper / crash bar bags are part of their “Mechanics” range. They are excellent quality, a real step up from their previous bags and offers great value in my opinion.
Purchase & Shipping
I purchased the bags from Temu due to some bundling deals they had on at the time, although you can find pretty much the same pricing on AliExpress.
You can purchase the bags individually or as a pair. I purchased a pair of bags.
I pays to look at both sites when looking for items, sometimes you can be surprised.

Shop around, lots of sellers on AliExpress. I purchased at the AliExpress link below.

Features & Specifications
Materials: Waterproof, tear-resistant PVC-coated polyester with mesh interior for ventilation
Dimensions: 21 × 10.5 × 32 cm
Capacity: 6–7 Litres
Weight: ~1.0 kg
Mounting: Crash bars (4 adjustable straps)
Waterproof Rating: Fully waterproof roll-top main body

The roll-top closure is held closed with good quality quick release clips on the sides and an adjustable aluminium buckle on the front.

A feature I really like and have only seen on the “Mechanics” range bag is a a semi-rigged base and sides due to a PU (Polyurethane) insert. Also, at the rear of the bag they have added a similar PU insert wrapped in a hard wearing non-slip material. This stops the bag wearing on your bumper bars due to vibration or general wear and tear. See images below.

The bags have a 6L zip-out lining / bag, handy if you want to leave the bags on the bike and just remove your valuables.

The stitching and seam welding is very good, the bags “ooze” quality.
The addition of “MOLLE” strips on the front and sides is a nice feature.

The bag also comes with a decent-quality shoulder strap and a ruggerised carry handle.

Soak Test
I soaked the bag front and back with a garden hose at a reasonable pressure for about 30 seconds.
If the bag was prone to leaking, then this type of test in my experience would have found its weak spots. Nothing, bone dry inside.
You can see more details of the soak test in the video at the end of the page.

Mounted on my Himalayan 450
The bags mounted very easily on my Himalayan 450. I leave the bags on and remove the liners when I park up for the night or not using the crash bags. I zipped tied the handles to the bars to stop or slow down anyone from stealing them.

Verdict
These are excellent quality bags that offer great value. Rhinowalk have seriously upped their game with this “Mechanics” range of bags and accessories.
On my Himalayan 450 they do not protrude and are very handy for carrying waterproofs, a few tools and essentials. Plus they look pretty good in my opinion 🙂
