The Hex ezCAN Pure is a universal power-distribution unit for motorcycles. It supplies up to 30A total through four configurable channels. Each can deliver up to 15A constant or 25A pulsed. It can manage auxiliary lights, heated gear, horns, and sat-navs. The system connects directly to the bike’s battery and avoids modification of the wiring loom.
Programming allows users to set dimming levels, link lights to high or low beam, trigger strobes with the horn, or set a follow-me-home delay. The software runs on PC or Mac via USB-C. Wireless configuration is not available.
Installation can be plug-and-play if a harness is available for the motorcycle model. For unsupported bikes, connection uses Pozitaps that pierce the wire insulation without cutting. Hex offers plug-in harnesses for popular models such as the Yamaha Ténéré 700 and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.
The ezCAN Pure also includes an ezBUS channel for expansion. Up to 15 accessories can connect to this output, though compatible devices are still limited.
The Hex ezCAN Pure is ideal for riders who want precise electronic control over accessories. It is solidly built, flexible, and compatible with most motorcycles tested. Wireless programming remains the only real omission.
My two cents…
If you’ve got more gadgets on your bike than the crew of “Star Trek”, the Hex ezCAN Pure might stop your wiring loom from looking like a spaghetti crime scene. It’s a 30‑amp, four‑channel power hub that feeds your heated grips, fog lights, or whatever other nonsense you’ve bolted on—without cutting a single factory wire. You can program the lights to dim, flash, or politely escort you home like a loyal Labrador. Setup’s easy, USB‑C to your laptop, old‑school style. No wireless, because apparently it’s still 2004. Still, for control freaks on two wheels, this thing’s pure gold.
