Cardo Systems just dropped a game-changer for off-road riders: a waterproof, IP67-rated hybrid boom mic built for extreme conditions.
Designed for the Packtalk Edge and Edge ORV, this frost- and dust-resistant mic is perfect for motorcyclists and snowmobilers alike, finally, clear comms in mud, rain, and snow.
Priced at $24.95, it’s compatible with most Cardo intercoms except Edgephones.
“It’s a small mic, but a big deal,” said Liat Sade Lavan, Cardo’s Head of ORV.
My two cents…
I think this is a pretty good bit of kit, niche, but perfect if you are riding in all weather types.
Well done Cardo, I like it!
Cardo Systems are available at Revzilla (USA) and the Sportsbike Shop (UK)
