Compact & Versatile Clarke MFL800R Work Light

Compact And Versatile Clarke MFL800R Work Light

The Clarke MFL800R is a compact work light designed for riders, campers, and home mechanics who need reliable illumination. It produces up to 800 lumens from an LED cluster and offers five operating modes. Users can adjust the head 90 degrees vertically and 180 degrees horizontally, making it easy to focus light on detailed tasks.

Its magnetic base and fold-away hook allow hands-free positioning on metal surfaces or hanging points. Riders can attach it to a bike frame during roadside repairs or hang it in a tent while camping. At home, it fits neatly under tanks or inside wheel arches for repair work.

The lithium-ion battery delivers up to five hours of runtime. A small LED indicator prevents accidental power loss. The unit recharges via USB, letting users power it from a bike, van, or power bank.

The Clarke MFL800R’s size and build suit both travel and workshop use. It packs neatly into a pannier yet feels solid for daily handling. For anyone who works on their bike or travels after dark, it serves as a practical light source that keeps the job visible and simple.

My two cents…

Another decent Clarke product.

The Clarke MFL800R is basically that friend who never flakes, small, bright, and somehow everywhere at once. Kicks out 800 lumens (yeah, that’s a lot) from its LED setup and flips through five modes like it’s scrolling Spotify. The head pivots up, down, sideways, think owl with a wrench.

USB charge, five-hour battery, tough little body. Toss it in your pannier, forget it’s there, until the dark reminds you why you packed it.

These are available direct from Machine Mart.
