Clearwater Lights has rolled out the Valkyrie, an auxiliary lighting system designed to beef up visibility on your ride without weighing things down.
At just 3 inches wide and 14 ounces, these compact powerhouses crank out 5,500 lumens.
Two models are available: the five-spot Valkyrie for nighttime reach, and the Valkyrie Dual for both distance and close-range spread.
They integrate seamlessly with BMW’s electronics via Clearwater’s CANopener, and brightness is controlled through the bike’s stock switchgear.
Prices range from $649 to $814.
My two cents…
Come on, US$650 for lights! I like me a good set of fog lights, but I’m not paying that much!
