Cardo Systems has added Apple CarPlay dashboard integration to its Cardo Ride Pro subscription tier. The update is available now through the Apple App Store.
Riders with motorcycles that feature TFT screens and support Apple CarPlay can now link the Cardo Ride app directly to their display. Aftermarket TFT screens are also supported. The integration lets riders access navigation and manage routes through a clear interface designed to reduce distraction.
Cardo Ride Pro subscribers also get access to Tracking. This feature records each trip, maps the route, and provides detailed ride data. Riders can review distance, time, and route history inside the app. The goal is simple. Keep riders connected before, during, and after each journey.
Cardo CEO Alon Lumbroso said the company continues to expand its ecosystem beyond communication devices. He said riders expect seamless connectivity and simple navigation tools that work on the road.
My two cents…
Cardo just plugged Apple CarPlay into its Cardo Ride Pro tier, because apparently even your motorcycle wants a smarter dashboard. Less squinting. More riding. Revolutionary, right? Pro subscribers also get Tracking. Every trip logged, mapped, and measured for distance and time. Cardo says it is about staying connected start to finish. Android Auto is coming later. Patience, grasshopper.
