SW-Motech has launched the Pro Blaze Saddlebags, designed for riders who want light, functional luggage for sporty motorcycles. The set starts at $739 RRP and offers a 15-20L capacity per bag.
The bags use UV-resistant 1680D ballistic nylon with EVA side panels to protect contents and maintain bike stability. A Velcro strap secures them on the passenger seat. A zippered expansion system and top-loading design add easy access for daily use.
Each set includes removable support arms that keep the bags clear of tyres and exhausts. The arms attach quickly to discreet, bike-specific mounts made of stainless steel and polyamide. At just 1.4 kg, they add minimal weight. Models with high exhausts use elevated support arms and heat guards to prevent heat damage.
Included items are two saddlebags, removable support arms, waterproof inner bags, protective foil, and mounting hardware. Popular kits cover models like the Aprilia Tuono 660, Honda CB650R, Yamaha XSR700, and KTM 390 Duke.
The Pro Blaze system focuses on quick attachment, stability, and clean aesthetics when removed, making it a practical luggage option for riders who value performance and simplicity.
My two cents…
SW‑Motech just dropped the Pro Blaze Saddlebags, the Mary Poppins bags of the sport‑bike world. Light, tough, and about as subtle as a black backpack on black leather. Starting at $739 (deep breath), you get 15–20 L per side wrapped in UV‑proof ballistic nylon that laughs at rain, road grime, and your questionable parking choices.
